  NON WU-FAM

In alphabetical order

The following is a list of artists and groups which are wrongly identified as being part of the Wu-Fam.

12 Jewelz
(or "Twelve Jewelz"). Aside from sharing the name of a Gravediggaz song, this group has no Wu connection at all. This is nothing more than an incorrect fan assumption.

Autnoyz
Ohio based group sharing an affiliation with Wu producer 4th Disciple, but are not part of the Wu in any way.

Baby J
Producer from the UK. Baby J has an album called "The Birth" which features many Wu affiliates Poetic and Shabazz The Disciple. He has also produced tracks for the Celestial Souljahz duo, but is not connected to the Wu in any other way.

Black Knights
Confusingly shares the same name with the real "Wu" group. These Black Knights have a page on MP3.com but have no Wu affiliation at all. They have a track called "Penny Loafers".

The Brooklyn Zoo
Note the spelling. This group has a track called "Masterz of the Zooniverse", and are no way connected to the Wu.

Camouflage Large
(or "Camouflage Large Clique"). Once thought to be part of the Wu collective but they have no Wu connection whatsoever.

Children of Izreal
This group has recorded with Cilvaringz but have never been a part of the Wu.

Daddy-O
One time member of Stetsasonic, and also thought be part of the Shaolin Soldiers. Daddy-O is also credited as an A&R director on The Syndicate's [formerly Wu-Syndicate's] debut album. It's possible that these are two separate artists altogether.
Has a solo album called "You Can Be A Daddy, But Never Daddy-O". His Wu connection is far from clear-cut.

Deadly Venoms
Not the all female group of Wu fame. There are many music groups which record under this name (ie. 5 Deadly Venoms).

Dialekt Tha Assassin
Never-confirmed reports link him to Killarmy and 4th Disciple. Has an album called "Metro Warfare" and is affiliated with another group, "People's Army".

Fredi Kruga
UK MC from London who worked with "Wu-International", but was at no point signed to the label. This has been confirmed by RZA himself.

Hell Raza
Member of 2Pac's Outlawz crew. Different spellings may exist for this guy's name, but he's not the Sunz Of Man MC.

I-Born
KRS-One associate with the track "Swarm 2000". Shares the same name with United Kingdom MC "I Born". Wu-Tang's "I Born" has not released any solo tracks.

KGB
Like Deadly Venoms, there are many music groups which record under the name KGB. There are a number of tracks available on the Internet incorrectly credited to the Wu's KGB.

Linque
Reports have it that Linque was once a part of the Deadly Venoms, but left for unknown reasons. Like most "reports", no-one has come forth with evidence to prove this to be the case.

Lost Generation
Once again an incorrect assumption made by fans (most likely due to the group's name which somehow "connects" them to Shyheim).

Mad Lion
A complete mystery. Mad Lion has merely recorded one track with Method Man. Buddha Monk has produced a track for him called "Brooklyn Massacre".

Maia Campbell
Other Names: n/a
Notes: Actress and female vocalist who sang alongside LA The Darkman on "Love". Signed to "Big Beat" Records.

Most High Brotherz
Dutch outfit sharing an affiliation with the Lin Brotherz, but are not part of the Wu themselves (despite the numerous Wu references which can be heard throughout their songs).

Mr. Hezekiah
Reportedly one of the "Yin & Yang Twins" (along with Due Lilz). Was given a shout-out on "Enter The 36 Chambers" - but then again so were many other artists... Appeared on the track "Only Live Once".

Nappy Crumbsnatchas
How this group was even associated with the Wu to start with is a complete mystery. Their Wu affiliation is the product of an overly eager fan.

Nitty Gritty
Group put together by John Mook Gibbons (who also works with the Wu). How this makes them Wu-Fam is a mystery.

People's Army
Linked to Dialekt Tha Assassin, but not the Wu.

Promizz
Member of the Children of Izreal. Like his parent group, he has no Wu connection whatsoever.

Rah Da Raw
Associate of Shabazz The Disciple with no clear Wu connections.

Res
Female vocalist who sang the hook on GZA's "Beneath The Surface". Signed to "MCA" Records.

Silent Stepchild
Producer for the Autnoyz. (See "Autnoyz" above).

Squig
MC and close associate of Shyheim.

Stranga
Member of the "Indigenous Tribe". Ohio based MC and a close affiliate of Killarmy. Reportedly signed to the Wu, but this is not the case.

Tribe of Judah
Group which shares a close affinity to The Syndicate.
